Why Everyone Loves Biryani

Egg biryani is one of the simple and most flavorful biryani you can make at home with few ingredients. If you have less time when someone is visiting to your home, then it is the best choice which can be served with different types of raita mint traits, or onion raita along with some papad.

This is the only meal I will prepare for my family when I don’t have time to prepare chicken or mutton biryani.

Making egg biryani in a rice cooker is not a dum biryani process .but this will give good flavor and taste. This is prepared in an electric rice cooker whereas making biryani in a traditional method by keeping layer by layer along with dum is a very time taking process, which is suitable when you have more time for cooking.

I shifted to making egg biryani in a rice cooker from last year, which gave me the same taste as the dum biryani process. Since that time, I have been cooking biryani in the rice cooker within in some time.

Vegetarians can replace the egg with paneer, mushroom, or soya bean, which will be similar in taste and aroma.
