  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (to sprinkle on top)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnishing )
  • Vegetables of your choice 

Step-by-step instructions to make Rice Khichu Recipe In Cooker

Prepare rice flour mixture. 

Add 2 cups water to a  deep pan. add chilies, sesame seeds, chopped green chilies and baking powder to the water and cook on medium flame.

Now gradually add rice flour into the pan and stir thoroughly with a wooden spatula to void lumps.
